Description

We are seeking a  Female Customer Relationship Executive with expertise in Tally Software to manage customer interactions, address queries, and provide product support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with customers using Tally software.
  • Provide product information, troubleshooting, and basic technical support.
  • Assist customers with Tally installations, updates, and feature usage.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer queries.
  • Provide information about products/services and suggest solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved effectively.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software.
  • Work closely with sales and support teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Collect feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
  • Meet performance targets related to customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 0-1 years of experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management. (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
  • Strong understanding of Tally Prime and accounting principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in [mention required languages English, Tamil, Hindi].
