Description

We are looking for an Onsite Customer Relationship Executive with expertise in Tally Software to visit client locations, provide support, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience with Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit client locations to provide Tally software support, training, and implementation assistance.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer tailored Tally solutions.
  • Resolve onsite technical issues related to Tally installation, updates, and usage.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on Tally Prime.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient support.
  • Maintain customer records, feedback, and service reports.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Assist in renewals, upgrades, and additional service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 0 - 1 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or accounting software. (Freshers with Tally knowledge can apply.)
  • Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and accounting principles. (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as required (Two Wheeler is mandatory)
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English and regional languages is an advantage.
