Job Title:  Sales Coordinator

Summary of what you will do-

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our business expansion efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to handle sales coordination tasks to support our sales team, connect with existing customer leads, and work towards the closure of our water treatment and heating solutions products

Sales Coordination:

  • Assist the sales team by coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide a daily report on the sales performance of each team member.

Effective Communication:

  • Communicate our value proposition clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
  • Handle inquiries, provide information, and address customer queries professionally.

Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
  • Nurture leads and follow up consistently to move them through the sales funnel.

Appointment Setting:

  • Schedule appointments with interested prospects for further discussions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads.

Market Intelligence:

  • Gather market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback.
  • Provide valuable input to improve our sales strategies.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, excel, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effective business plans.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
