Job Title:  Service Coordinator

Summary of what you will do-

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate service requests, manage schedules, and maintain effective communication with clients and our technical team.

Service Request Coordination:

  • Receive and log service requests from customers.
  • Schedule service visits based on urgency and availability of technicians.
  • Generate revenue through service programs.
  • Coordinate with field service engineers to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Client Communication:

  • Facilitate communication between customers and technicians during service visits.
  • Communicate with clients regarding service appointments, delays, and updates.
  • Monitor service quality and follow up with clients after service completion.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and technician assignments.
  • Generate reports on service performance, response times, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelWord, and PowerPoint is essential for this role
  • Skills:Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and customer service tools.
