Identify and research the potential market to generate leads.
Generate sales enquiries through lead generation strategy and create entries for opportunities in CRM for potential enquires.
Coordinate with the backend team for preparation of offers, securing price approvals from the relevant authorities in the organisation, responding to customers with an offer.
Follow up with customers on the submitted offers for clarifications and receipt of the purchase order.
Identify key decision-makers within customers organisation (projects, maintenance, supply chain) and establish relationships in favour of WAV.
Organise customer visits for the management team.
Maintain awareness of customer trends, competitive activity and share with the management team.
Improve market database and knowledge of competitor’s activities continuously.
Attending industry events to generate business leads.
