Job Summary

We are hiring Quality Inspectors for our manufacturing facility in Sriperumbudur, Chennai. The role requires candidates to perform visual inspections of automotive components, specifically Head Lamps and Rear Lamps. This position is open to both freshers and experienced candidates, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conducting visual inspections of automotive parts (Head Lamps and Rear Lamps).
  • Ensuring that quality standards are met according to company and industry guidelines.
  • Documenting and reporting inspection findings.
  • Coordinating with the production team to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhering to shift timings.

Requirements

For Freshers

  • Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers are welcome)
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Minimum: Diploma/ITI
  • Knowledge: Knowledge in Head Lamp and Rear Lamp inspection is required.

For Experienced Candidates

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Minimum: Diploma/ITI
  • Knowledge: Must have hands-on experience with Head Lamp and Rear Lamp inspection.

Salary

  • Freshers: ₹13,000 - ₹14,000 Take Home Per Month
  • Experienced: ₹16,500 Take Home Per Month

Shift Timings

  • Shift 1: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Shift 2: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
  • Shift 3: 11:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Additional Benefits

  • Transport Facility: Available for specific areas such as Padappai, Poonamallee, Kanchipuram, Thiruvallur, and Sriperumbudur.
  • Canteen Facility: Available on-site (chargeable).
