Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and program CNC machines (lathe/milling) as per production requirements.
Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions.
Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and machine parameters for machining operations.
Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to optimize performance.
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and inspect finished products using measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Maintain proper documentation of production reports and machine logs.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
