Description

Nainika Soles Private Limited, a leading sole manufacturing company, is looking for Skilled, Semi-Skilled, and Fresher Moulding Machine Operators to join our team. We specialize in manufacturing soles using TPR, TPU, PVC, and EVA materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor moulding machines for sole production.
  • Ensure smooth machine operation and troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Handle TPR, TPU, PVC, and EVA materials efficiently.
  • Follow safety and quality standards during production.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the machine.
  • Work under supervision and assist in machine maintenance when required.
  • Learn and adapt to production techniques if fresher.

Additional Skills
