Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality inspector to join our team. As a Quality inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications. You will conduct inspections, tests, and audits, identify areas for improvement, and help implement corrective actions to maintain and enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Inspection: Inspect and test materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Data Collection: Document inspection results, record any deviations, defects, or non-conformities, and generate detailed reports for management.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all products comply with applicable industry standards, regulations, and company policies (e.g., ISO, FDA, GMP, etc.).
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing or production processes and recommend corrective actions to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyze the causes of product defects or quality issues and assist in finding and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on quality findings, trends, and corrective actions to senior management.
