Managing the Sales Budget: Overseeing and managing the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Reporting on Sales Activity: Preparing and presenting regular reports on sales performance and activities. Collaborating with Other Departments: Working with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Mentoring and Developing Team Members: Providing guidance, coaching, and opportunities for growth to help team members succeed.
