  • Manage daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to schedules.
  • Monitor workflow, optimize resource utilization, and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and quality checks to meet industry standards.
  • Track raw materials, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Enforce safety regulations and quality control protocols in production.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure on-time completion and dispatch of products.
  • Oversee the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of machinery.
  • Assist customers with product issues, maintenance, and operational guidance.
  • Ensure timely customer support and resolve service-related concerns.
  • Travel to customer sites for product installation, servicing, and troubleshooting as required.
  • Educate production staff and customers on equipment usage and safety practices.
  • Record production performance, service logs, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
