The PDC Operator will oversee the daily operations of PDC as directed by the Supervisor and Management.

Perform proper LOTO procedures, and know emergency procedures, equipment operations and locations
Ensures the production and quality of PDC castings.
Ensures that all equipment in the PDC area operates correctly and safely.
Execute established and adjusted work procedures to meet production schedules
Serve as a back up to the PDC Production Supervisor
Assist with various maintenance activities such as:
- Die Sets
- Machine Repairs
- Robot/ Cell resets
- PMs
- Die cleaning
Perform required quality audits and checks
Assists in training for all PDC personnel
Communicates with other operators to discuss any problems occurring with castings or machines
Provides cleaning on and around PDC machine on a daily basis.
