Job Summary:-

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Automobile Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process. Your expertise in the automobile industry and your ability to build lasting relationships will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and assist them in finding the right vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and benefits, and provide accurate information to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Sales Process: Conduct vehicle demonstrations, including test drives, and effectively present product features, advantages, and benefits.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing options, and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up with potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure customer satisfaction and generate sales leads.
