Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coating & CED (Cathodic Electro Deposition) Coating Operator to handle coating processes for metal components. The ideal candidate should be skilled in surface preparation, coating applications, and quality inspections.

Key Responsibilities

Powder Coating

  • Operate powder coating spray guns and equipment.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, degreasing, and applying primers.
  • Apply coatings with uniform thickness and proper adhesion.
  • Maintain powder booth, guns, and curing ovens.
  • Ensure proper baking and curing of coated parts.

CED Coating

  • Operate CED coating tanks and process controls.
  • Maintain proper bath composition, pH levels, and temperature.
  • Monitor dip and curing cycle parameters.
  • Inspect and test coating adhesion and finish quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance of CED bath and filtration systems.

Qualifications & Skills

  • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Painting, or relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Powder Coating and CED Coating.
  • Knowledge of coating thickness measurement, adhesion testing, and surface defects.
  • Ability to operate spray guns, ovens, CED tanks, and filtration systems.
  • Understanding of safety guidelines for coating operations.
  • Willing to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.
