Job Summary:

The Line Inspector is responsible for monitoring production processes to ensure products meet quality and safety standards. This role involves inspecting materials, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of products on the production line.
  • Identify and document defects, deviations, or irregularities.
  • Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Work closely with production teams to address and resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
  • Use measurement tools and equipment to verify product specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Report findings to supervisors and recommend improvements in processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by the Quality Control or Production teams.
