Description

1.​Customer Interaction:

​•​Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

​•​Address customer queries and concerns effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

 

​2.​Chat Support:

​•​Provide prompt and accurate assistance through online chat platforms.

​•​Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.

​3.​Review Management:

​•​Collect feedback and reviews from clients to improve services.

​•​Maintain records of customer feedback for quality enhancement.

​4.​Client Coordination:

​•​Arrange accommodations, transportation, and other logistics for foreign clients.

​•​Ensure all arrangements are tailored to meet client needs and preferences.

​5.​Appointment Scheduling:

​•​Schedule and manage appointments for clients with relevant medical professionals or facilities.

​•​Confirm appointments and send timely reminders to clients.

​6.​General Support:

​•​Address any additional requirements or concerns raised by clients.

​•​Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

​•​Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

​•​Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

​•​Proficiency in using chat and call management tools.

​•​Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

​•​Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.

​•​Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is an advantage.

  • Proficient in MS office.
