Key Responsibilities:
Product Inspection:
Conduct real-time inspections of diecasted aluminum parts during the manufacturing process, ensuring they meet all relevant quality standards and specifications.
Defect Identification & Reporting:
Identify any defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities in the production line. Document and report these issues to the appropriate personnel for corrective actions.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor and ensure that the production process adheres to the established quality protocols and standards. Conduct in-process checks for critical parameters such as dimensions, finish, and strength.
Troubleshooting & Corrective Actions:
Work closely with production teams to investigate quality issues and help implement corrective actions to resolve them. Ensure that corrective actions are followed through to avoid recurring defects.
Data Recording & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and any non-conformance reports. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with company standards.
Collaboration with Production Teams:
Collaborate with production supervisors and operators to ensure that all quality control measures are understood and followed. Provide feedback and recommendations for quality improvements.
Calibration and Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure that all inspection tools, gauges, and measuring equipment are calibrated properly and maintained in good working order.
Training and Guidance:
Provide training and guidance to production line staff on quality control standards, inspection processes, and best practices for maintaining quality throughout production.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure that all inspections are conducted in accordance with safety standards and report any safety concerns promptly.
Requirements:
Education:
A High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Quality Management is a plus.
Experience:
1+ years of experience in quality control or inspection, preferably in the automotive, diecasting, or aluminum manufacturing industry.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to detect defects and non-conformities.
Knowledge of diecasting processes and quality assurance protocols.
Familiarity with measuring instruments and gauges (e.g., calipers, micrometers, and CMM machines).
Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills to provide feedback clearly to teams.
Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet quality deadlines
