Description

  1. Responsible for achieving the objectives and targets given by executive - Operations
  2. Coordinating with the customers and director related to quality issues and activities
  3. taking care of  inspection activities and Testing
  4. Execution of production schedule and planning by coordinating with production people
  5. Responsible for segregating and reworking  the components in the time of internal rejection and customer rejections
  6. Ensure the effectiveness of corrective action and preventive action
      1. All instrument to be calibrated and certification to check the error as required.
      2. Tool, Gauges and  Fixture  drawings
  7. Preparation  of SOP and CP and WI and display the functional objectives
  8. Handling of Customer complaints and 8D report method
  9. Control of rejection and rework to implemented of corrective action
  10. To watching the gauge and instrument to proper maintain.
  11. Ensure proper maintenance of physical stock at all stages(Identification, storage ,protection ,preservation, handling packing delivery
