Key Responsibilities:
Reading and Interpreting Blueprints:
Understand and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the required machining processes.
Programming CNC Machines:
May be responsible for programming CNC machines using CAD/CAM software to create and modify machine programs.
Material Handling:
Load and unload raw materials and parts, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, using measuring tools and instruments.
Machine Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve machine malfunctions and issues, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
Safety:
Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations when operating CNC machines and working in a manufacturing environment
Operating CNC Machines:
Set up and operate CNC machines to perform various machining operations, such as drilling, milling, cutting, grinding, and shaping.
