Description

Responsibilities 

  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and other terms with customers
  • Client service: Handle client complaints and concerns
  • Sales process: Use sales software to carry out the sales process
  • Market research: Identify sales possibilities by conducting market research
  • Reporting: Report to sales managers about goals, sales, and prospects
  • Sales strategy: Develop sales strategies, set goals, and plan sales activities
  • Lead generation: Find new business opportunities by contacting potential customers
  • Client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Skills

  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in person 
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner 
  • Relationship building: Build strong connections with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
