Responsibilities:

Assisting in Production Processes:
- Participate in the assembly, manufacturing, and/or processing of products.
- Learn and follow established production procedures and protocols.
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment under supervision.
Quality Control and Inspection:
- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and report any issues or problems with production processes.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Learn and follow safety protocols and operational procedures.
Learning and Development:
- Receive on-the-job training to develop technical skills for specific machinery and processes.
- Collaborate with experienced operators to learn and apply best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
Other Tasks:
- Assist with inventory management and material handling.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Ability to learn and operate machinery and equipment.
- Basic understanding of quality control procedures.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify problems.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Open to candidates with little to no experience, as training will be provided.
