Description

  • Working on Client documents, which are required to be filed with SEC (Securities Exchange Commission).
  • The primary responsibilities include the preparation of Financial Statements including Balance sheets, Statements of Income and Cash Flow statements basis on US-GAAP standards Analyses the company's financial information. Regulatory Reporting (covering the entire Annual Report 10K and Quarterly Report 10Q) for the US Companies as mandated by SEC.
  • Accounting knowledge is must to decide regarding Debit and Credit aspects of accounting, so that once filed with SEC, anyone (Investors / Debtors / Creditors or any layman) can understand.
  • Browse Google for more information regarding XBRL and Aptara.

             Majority of the interview questions may be pertaining to basics of  Accounts / Finance.

Skills

  • Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable & Receivable)

Additional Skills


XBRL, US GAAP, Balance sheet, Cash flow statement, Profit and Loss account, Trail Balance, General ledger, Tagging and Accounting Knowledge is preferred.
