As a sales executive, you will be responsible for driving sales across our retail divisions. Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell granite processing tools, construction equipment,Power tools and its spares & accessories.
Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met.
Provide product information and offer personalized solutions to customers.
Process orders, manage quotations, and ensure timely delivery of products.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports.
