Attend to all walk –in customers on showroom days as per roaster circulated monthly
Attend to all phone enquiries within 5min of receiving the enquiry
Conduct promotional events to generate enquires as per calendar
Make cold calls to generate enquiries
To maintain lost sales report
Follow up with customers post-delivery within 3days and to ensure everything was satisfactory
In case of any complaints or grievance, attend to the customers immediately, resolve the problem and to get the satisfaction letter within 3 days
To deliver vehicle as per promised time
To maintain high standards and to ensure customer satisfaction
To sell accessories while booking car orders
100% Test Drive Accuracy and Home Visits to be done
To ensure discipline and dress code at all times
To keep an eye on the competition activities in the market and update the TL immediately.
To be courteous to customers at all times and keep in regular touch with them to get regular referrals
To update product knowledge from time to time and be precise in talking to the customers.
