We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Cylinder TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in TIG welding, particularly with hydraulic cylinders, and possess a strong understanding of welding techniques, safety protocols, and quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform TIG welding on hydraulic cylinders and related components.
Interpret and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.
Inspect welds for quality and adherence to specifications.
Identify and troubleshoot welding defects, making necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project timelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
Document work performed and report any issues or improvements.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical welding certification preferred.
Proven experience in TIG welding, particularly with hydraulic components.
Strong knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 10Kg.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
Must have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
