We are looking for a skilled Arc and MIG Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in both arc and MIG welding processes, a strong understanding of safety protocols, and the ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform arc and MIG welding on various metals and materials.
Interpret and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Inspect welds for quality and compliance with industry standards.
Troubleshoot welding issues and make necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations.
Document work performed and report any concerns to management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred.
Proven experience in arc and MIG welding techniques.
Familiarity with various welding materials and processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 20Kg).
Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
