Role Overview:
As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee fire hydrant pipeline fabrication and erection, structural steel fabrication, labor management, material procurement, and accounts handling. Your role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline & Steel Fabrication/Erection: Supervise fabrication and erection of fire hydrant pipelines and structural steel, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Labor Management: Supervise labor, track attendance, and ensure efficiency and safety on-site.
Material Procurement: Coordinate material procurement to prevent delays and ensure timely delivery.
Financial Oversight: Assist with managing project finances, tracking expenditure, and staying within budget.
Quality Control & Safety: Ensure work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, material usage, labor attendance, and progress reports.
Team Leadership: Lead the site team, resolve issues, and ensure high morale and productivity.
Coordination: Ensure smooth communication between engineering and site teams for seamless project execution.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction or engineering.
Knowledge of fire hydrant pipeline and steel fabrication/erection.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with construction safety and financial management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
