Job responsibilities and duties:

 

•           Answer a large number of incoming calls and respond to customers

•           Manage and resolve customer queries.

•           Identify and escalate issues to supervisors

•           Provide service-related information to customers

•           Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

•           Follow up customer calls where necessary

•           Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

•           To acknowledge and resolve customer issues
