Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery Planning & Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate vehicle deliveries with customers and internal teams.
Ensure all required documentation (invoices, delivery receipts, registration papers) is prepared before delivery.
Track vehicle movement from the showroom/service center to the customer’s location.
2. Customer Communication & Support:
Keep customers informed about their delivery status and estimated timelines.
Address customer queries and concerns related to delivery schedules.
Ensure a smooth handover experience by explaining vehicle features and documentation.
3. Logistics & Documentation Management:
Coordinate with transport teams, drivers, and logistics partners for timely dispatch.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pending orders, and any delivery-related issues.
