Key Responsibilities:

1. Used Car Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Assist customers in selecting pre-owned vehicles that meet their needs and budget.

  • Provide detailed information about vehicle history, specifications, and pricing.

  • Conduct test drives and address customer queries to ensure a smooth sales experience.

  • Negotiate prices and close deals while maintaining profitability.

2. Used Car Purchase & Evaluation:

  • Inspect and assess used vehicles for purchase, considering market value, condition, and demand.

  • Negotiate with sellers (individuals or dealers) to acquire vehicles at competitive prices.

  • Verify vehicle documents, including ownership history, service records, and insurance.

  • Ensure proper documentation and transfer of ownership for purchased vehicles.

3. Market Analysis & Inventory Management:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.

  • Maintain an updated inventory of available pre-owned vehicles.

  • Work with the marketing team to promote used cars through digital platforms and showroom displays.

  • Ensure the pricing of vehicles aligns with market demand and company profit margins.

4. Customer Relationship & Follow-ups:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

  • Follow up with potential buyers and sellers to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
