Key Responsibilities:
1. Insurance Documentation & Processing:
Collect and submit required documents for new insurance policies and renewals.
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
Follow up with insurance companies for policy approvals and claim settlements.
2. Customer Coordination & Support:
Assist customers in understanding insurance policies and required documentation.
Coordinate with clients for document collection and verification.
Provide updates to customers regarding policy status and claims.
3. Liaison with Insurance Providers:
Maintain relationships with various insurance companies and agents.
Negotiate and coordinate policy issuance and premium payments.
Address queries from insurance providers and resolve any discrepancies.
4. Policy Renewal & Claims Assistance:
Track and remind customers about insurance renewal deadlines.
Assist in filing insurance claims and follow up on claim status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
