Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator cum Setter with over 4 years of experience in operating and setting CNC machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components as per technical drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC Turning / CNC Milling / VMC / HMC machines as per production requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and machine parameters for efficient operations.
Perform CNC programming and make necessary adjustments to ensure precision machining.
Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Troubleshoot machine issues and ensure minimal downtime.
Maintain proper documentation of production activities and machine settings.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as a CNC Operator cum Setter.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in CNC machine operations, setting, and basic programming. G code and M code
Quality Focus: Ability to use measuring instruments and follow quality standards.
Problem-Solving Skills: Quick troubleshooting ability to resolve machine errors.
