Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, and promoting our products/services. The role requires excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward achieving sales and customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Explain the features and benefits of our products/services.
Maintain detailed records of conversations and update customer databases.
Follow up with customers to generate sales and ensure satisfaction.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams.
Handle objections professionally and address customer concerns.
Maintain a polite, professional, and friendly attitude on calls.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Any degree
Experience: Freshers & Experienced
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Fluency in Tamil/English/Hindi would be an added advantage.
