Key Responsibilities:
• Paste and hang promotional materials at construction sites.
• Identify potential sites and update their status in the CRM system.
• Collect site details and route information from the assigned tele caller.
• Follow up on leads and work collaboratively to convert them into business opportunities.
• Distribute product samples to new and existing customers.
• Maintain active communication with the paired tele caller.
• Ensure all assigned tasks and targets are completed on time.
• Adhere to company reporting formats and guidelines.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Graduate from a reputed college (preferably in Civil Engineering, but not mandatory).
• Open to candidates with any undergraduate background.
• Willingness to travel within Madurai City.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
• Strong follow-up skills (mandatory).
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Stable career history with minimal job-hopping.
• Honest, reliable, and adaptable to changing work priorities.
• Must maintain professional grooming standards and wear formal shoes daily.
• Mandatory commitment to work for a minimum of 2 years from the date of joining.
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary Range: ₹14,000 - ₹16,000 (Take Home).
• Daily Allowance: ₹250 per day.
