As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement for our Material Handling Equipment (MHE) sales and service. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, service, and product development, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive sales and service growth.
Lead brand positioning, digital marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
Drive B2B marketing efforts, including partnerships, trade shows, and industry events.
Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals, product brochures, and promotional materials.
Work with the marketing and sales team to develop targeted customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
Establish and track KPIs for campaign performance and marketing ROI.
