Description

  1. Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house) for corporate, HR training and more
  2. Choosing appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc)
  3. Marketing available training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information
  4. Communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. 
  5. Map out annual training plans for management, HR, customer support and more
  6. Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
  7. Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
  8. Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
  9. Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
  10. Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
  11. Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
  12. Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
  13. Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design
  14. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
  15. Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
  16. Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
  17. Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification
  18. The Training Coordinator provides support to the trainers, learners, and stakeholders
  19. Responsible for communications delivery, maintaining training facilities, maintaining records, and coordinating with various service providers like catering, logistics, housekeeping, electricians, etc.
  20. Any work assigned by the Project Director.
