Job Summary:
ST Courier, Ranipet Branch is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Admin to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support the smooth functioning of branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling courier records, managing office documentation, customer support, and coordinating with delivery staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily inward and outward courier records
Handle data entry, invoicing, and basic documentation
Manage customer queries and provide timely support (via phone, WhatsApp, and in person)
Coordinate with delivery staff and logistics team
Maintain office files, receipts, and transaction records
Monitor stock of courier materials (bills, covers, bags, etc.) and request supplies when needed
Prepare and submit daily reports to Head Office or Branch Manager
Support walk-in customers with booking and tracking assistance
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the branch office
