Description

  • Personal Care:
    • Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
    • Helping with toileting and incontinence care.
    • Assisting with mobility, including transfers and ambulation.
  • Meal Preparation and Support:
    • Preparing and serving meals, ensuring proper nutrition and dietary needs are met.
    • Assisting with feeding, if needed. Companionship and Emotional Support:
    • Providing companionship and engaging in conversations.
    • Supporting clients' emotional needs and promoting a positive environment.
    • Medication Reminders and Monitoring:
    • Assisting with medication reminders and ensuring proper dosages are taken.
    • Monitoring clients' health and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals or family members.
    • Documentation and Record Keeping:
      • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and client's progress.
    • Other Duties:
      • Assisting with transportation to appointments or outings.
      • Promoting healthy lifestyle habits.
      • Solving routine client problems.
      • Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
