Description

  • Regularly monitor and track loan repayment schedules of assigned clients.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments as per the repayment schedule.
  • Follow-up with clients who are behind on payments through field visits, phone calls, and meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate timely repayments.
  • Work closely with the Collection Area Manager to execute area-specific collection strategies.
  • Provide input on potential improvements to collection practices and strategies.
