Project Planning & Management (Engineering, Procurement and Construction)
Preparation of project management schedules like Budget utilization, invoicing, and fund realization including L2, L3
networks etc.
Technical review and procurement of equipment, review with vendors for manufacturing, testing, and supply to
the customer, mobilization of the project, establishing rules & regulations, operation/handling the project in line with
the Schedules, etc. negotiate and finalization of contracts for Work Execution and related activities to ensure the
the smooth running of the Project
Management of the project, client, local, government authorities, and agencies, close coordination with Project managers
Site staff, Contractors & Suppliers, etc. execution/commissioning each system, handing over of the project to
customer with complete documentation.

techniques and work in accordance with Company procedures, and organizational structure using applicable
templates & tools, maintaining and enhancing the professional image and reputation of the company.

submission follow-up.

Planning, QA/QC, HSE staff ) and External (Vendors, Subcontractors, Client) officials.

Ensure that all Site Personnel are conversant with Planning, Cost, Contracts, Schedules, Risk, Procurement, HSE,
QA-QC, and requirements of the QMS, Identify opportunities for improvement in quality through the use of
better equipment and technology continue improvement in work execution

Develop and establish standard Quality assurance and Safety guidelines, EHS road map and plans,

Materials Management Estimating, finalizing the specifications, implementing and monitoring, effective procurement schedules
along with target-based negotiations, periodic material reconciliation, effective resource planning for optimizing
men & machine utilization, reducing wastage, to enhancing the productivity and profitability of the company.
